For full refund:
1. If the customer bought a product & it is not working, Then we will check & try to solve the problem. if we can not solve it then we will refund full money and take back the key within 7 days (Starting from the purchase date); but the product should be in original condition.
2. If the customer ordered a product & it’s not delivered, he can ask for a refund/replacement anytime.
3. If the game key cannot be redeemed as usual, we will make a full refund our sent a replacement key after an examination of the problem.
4.Refunds will not be provided for compatibility issues, So before buying make sure that your device is compatible with the product that you are going to buy.
If you placed an order & want to cancel before delivery then we will deduct 10% & refund the rest of the amount.
Partial refund only happens:
When the customer bought 2 products in one order, and if he asks refund for one of the product in this order,he will get partially refund of this order.
